Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Strong subject knowledge in English Literature and Language.
  • Proven ability to teach across a full range of ages and abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a boarding or co-educational school setting.
  • Familiarity with the UK curriculum and examination systems.
  • Experience with teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Leadership experience or a willingness to take on departmental responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
