Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience, preferably in an EAL context.
• Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and curriculum design.
• Commitment to a student-centered, holistic approach to education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Preferred

• Experience with the IB or Cambridge curricula.
• Familiarity with teaching in a bilingual or international school setting.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
• Demonstrated ability to support students with diverse learning needs.
