The Opportunity:

As a Secondary Science Teacher, you will inspire and educate students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics within a dual-curriculum environment. You will play a key role in delivering both international and national programmes, supporting students in achieving academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) to secondary and high school students
• Deliver lessons in both international (Cambridge, IGCSE, IB) and national (SEP/CCH) curricula
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Assess student progress using a variety of methods aligned with curriculum standards
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support students in both academic and personal development
• Design engaging and meaningful science experiments that align with curriculum goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching Science in international programmes
• Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher; C2 preferred)
• Experience teaching Science at secondary and high school levels
• Ability to teach and assess within international curriculum frameworks

Preferred

• Experience with the Cambridge Lower Secondary programme
• Experience in bilingual or multilingual school environments
• Familiarity with the Mexican national curriculum (SEP/CCH)
• Experience designing simple yet meaningful science experiments
