Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging English curriculum aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and student engagement.
• Assess and provide meaningful feedback to support student progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
• Strong knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and its pedagogical principles.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective English curriculum and lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom.
• Experience with differentiated instruction and supporting diverse learners.
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership roles within the department.
