Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences across the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and apply it effectively in the classroom
• Use student data to personalise learning and optimise progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive continuous improvement
• Promote the safeguarding and personal development of students
• Engage actively with parents, students, and colleagues using excellent interpersonal skills

• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain high standards of teaching practice

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Recognised UK teaching qualification with QTS
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Commitment to the pursuit of excellence and raising student outcomes
• Strong subject knowledge in the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase

Preferred

• Experience in a high-performing school environment
• Background in safeguarding and student welfare
