Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum for Early Years students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
• Promote Islamic values and cultural awareness within the classroom setting.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practice.
• Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the United Kingdom curriculum for Early Years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Islamic values and cultural integration in education.
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and digital learning tools.
• Experience in a bilingual or multicultural educational setting.
