Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of FS2 teachers to deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and achievement
  • Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and character development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver cross-curricular and enrichment activities
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their personal best
  • Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student learning and development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s educational programs and practices
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd, QTS/QTLS or equivalent) in primary education
  • Proven experience teaching within a British or international curriculum
  • Strong understanding of inclusive, high-impact teaching strategies
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an early years setting
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching practices and EdTech tools
  • Experience with the International Schools Partnership (ISP) curriculum or similar frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead within a team environment
