Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the FS1 curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's mission and values.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop inclusive teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Support student wellbeing and character development through a compassionate and challenging approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd, QTS/QTLS or equivalent) in primary education
• Proven experience teaching within a British or international curriculum
• Strong understanding of inclusive, high-impact teaching strategies
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Preferred

• Experience working in an early years setting
• Familiarity with the British curriculum and its pedagogical approaches
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a lead teaching role
• Experience with innovative teaching tools and EdTech integration
