Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curricular aims.
• Provide academic challenges to help each pupil reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and well-disciplined classroom environment.
• Assess pupils’ work effectively and offer constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with curriculum developments and best practices.
• Communicate regularly with pupils, parents, colleagues, and senior leaders.
• Contribute to extracurricular and enrichment programmes.
• Support pastoral duties, including acting as a form teacher.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A DfE-recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent) in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching in a primary setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Recent teaching experience in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a British curriculum school.
• Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities.
