Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS education aligned with the National Curriculum for England
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Plan and implement engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and professional development
  • Engage with parents and the wider school community through regular communication and involvement in extra-curricular activities
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous learning and development
  • Support the school’s vision by promoting the core values of Grow, Flourish, and Mindfulness
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional learning opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor of Education in Primary Education or Early Childhood Education, or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
  • Experience teaching EYFS in the National Curriculum for England
  • Exemplary teaching practice and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding learning and teaching outcomes

Preferred

  • Experience in a British international school setting
  • Familiarity with the GEMS education framework and values
  • Experience with early years curriculum development and delivery
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Passion for extra-curricular and community-based initiatives
