• Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase.
• Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning.
• Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all students.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching.
• Safeguard and support the personal and social development of students.
• Work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents using excellent interpersonal skills.
• Contribute positively to the school community and culture through active engagement in extra-curricular and community-based events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Recognised UK teaching qualification with QTS
• Proven success in driving standards and commitment to the pursuit of excellence
• Strong subject knowledge in Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase
• Experience in using student data to personalise learning

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
