The Opportunity:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of young students. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum, supporting the holistic development of children in a nurturing and dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum for Early Years students.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic growth of young learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and learning resources.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing meaningful feedback to support individual learning needs.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.
  • Participate in professional development and training initiatives to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
  • Support the school’s mission by integrating Islamic values and Western educational practices into daily classroom activities.
  • Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in Early Years education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the United Kingdom curriculum for Early Years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
  • Familiarity with Islamic values and cultural integration in education.
  • Experience with emerging technology in the classroom.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
