Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, UK curriculum-aligned lessons to Early Years students.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth.
• Plan and implement engaging learning activities that cater to the individual needs of young learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of student development and classroom activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of methods to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the United Kingdom curriculum for Early Years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Islamic values and cultural integration in education.
• Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning methods.
• Experience in student assessment and progress tracking.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
