Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences, collaborating and sharing best practice.
• Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase.
• Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning.
• Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students.
• Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching.
• Make a positive contribution to the school community and culture through active engagement in extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
• Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised UK teaching qualification with QTS.
• Proven success in driving standards and a commitment to the pursuit of excellence.
• Experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a British curriculum setting.
• Strong subject knowledge in Early Years or Primary Phase.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in a high-performing, international school environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with the use of technology in the classroom.
