Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.
• Support the holistic development of children, including social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support student progress and well-being.
• Monitor and assess student development through a variety of assessment methods.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and professional development.
• Promote Islamic values and cultural appreciation within the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the United Kingdom curriculum for Early Years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Islamic education or culturally diverse classrooms.
• Familiarity with emerging educational technologies.
• Experience with child-centered learning approaches.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
