Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons following the Early Years/Foundation Stage Framework.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports the wellbeing of all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the school community and extra-curricular programme.
• Utilise ICT skills to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Monitor and support student progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and carers.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Comply with safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant Early Years teaching qualifications including a BA Hons degree and a UK-based teaching qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in teaching.
• Thorough knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of all students.

Preferred

• Experience with the National Curriculum for England.
• Strong ICT skills with the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
• Experience in leading or contributing to extra-curricular activities.
