The Opportunity:

We are seeking an EYFS Teacher to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on young learners. This role offers the chance to shape the educational journey of children in a forward-thinking and inclusive school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences tailored to the needs of young children.
  • Plan and implement a stimulating curriculum that supports the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to support children’s progress and well-being.
  • Monitor and assess children’s development regularly, ensuring they are meeting key milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment for all children.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTLS or equivalent).
  • Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and child-centered learning.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Preferred

  • Experience with early years curriculum frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Early Years Provider).
  • Previous experience in a school or early years setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Experience with teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL) or supporting bilingual learners.
