The Opportunity:

A Finance Administrator is needed to support the school’s financial operations and ensure smooth billing and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of the fee billing process
• Manage the fee billing mailbox efficiently
• Liaise with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Reconcile and post month-end fee control and bank accounts
• Monitor deposits and manage the leaver process
• Support month-end management accounts and year-end audit processes
• Maintain spreadsheets for bursaries, scholarships, and other fee remissions
• Assist with all aspects of the credit control process

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in a Finance Administrator role within an educational setting
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience with fee billing systems and financial reconciliations
• Knowledge of credit control procedures
• Understanding of educational finance processes
• Experience in a boarding or independent school environment
