The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support French teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one conversation and coaching sessions to enhance students’ language skills.
- Assist with lesson planning, resource development, and classroom management.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and provide targeted support.
- Contribute to the development of the Modern Languages curriculum.
- Engage with students in a friendly and encouraging manner.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Native French speaker or bilingual specialist with strong language skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support students in language learning.
- Commitment to education and a willingness to work in a high-performing academic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work within the school’s term-time schedule.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or education support.
- Background in Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Familiarity with UK education systems or international teaching experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
