Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Further Mathematics lessons to students at GCSE and A Level.
• Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies that align with the National Curriculum.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support student learning outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in educational technology and integrate these into teaching practices.
• Support the school’s commitment to sustainability through curriculum and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to maintain strong relationships and ensure student success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification).
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Mathematics.
• Strong commitment to career development, leadership, and sustainability.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.
• UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.

Preferred

• Experience with innovative teaching technologies such as AR and AI.
• Background in curriculum development or leadership roles.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England.
