The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality, research-informed lessons that inspire and challenge students. The role is central to fostering a classroom culture that encourages deep thinking, problem-solving, and confidence in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across (I)GCSE and A Level Mathematics.
  • Support all learners, including high attainers, with complex mathematical concepts.
  • Promote problem-solving, reasoning, and mathematical communication.
  • Use research-informed teaching practices to enhance student learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular and pastoral activities.
  • Participate in professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • High Quality Degree in Maths or related fields (Must be MOFA Attested).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Must be MOFA Attested).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the National Curriculum for England in the UK or UAE.
  • GCSE and A Level teaching experience – Essential.
  • Ability to deliver inspirational lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and safety.
  • Willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Familiarity with international curricula and multicultural environments.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
