Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
• Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success and well-being.
• Utilize technology, including AR and AI, to enhance the learning experience and improve student outcomes.
• Support students in developing key skills for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, including academic and vocational pathways.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and student achievement.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular and constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Mathematics
• Strong interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
• UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check

Preferred

• Experience with innovative teaching methods and technologies
• Background in curriculum development or leadership roles
• Experience in a school with a strong focus on sustainability
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England
