Key Responsibilities:

  • Support younger pupils in classrooms and boarding environments
  • Assist with sport, coaching, and match day activities
  • Engage with students in a variety of school life activities
  • Contribute to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students
  • Work collaboratively with inspiring staff and students
  • Bring life experience to students to enhance their learning and development
  • Participate in the school’s co-curricular and sporting programs
  • Report to the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and fulfill duties in line with school expectations

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Energetic, positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with young people
  • Experience or interest in sport and coaching
  • Commitment to supporting students in a pastoral and academic setting
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in education or youth work
  • Previous involvement in sports or co-curricular activities
  • Experience with pastoral care or student support
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
