We are seeking an outstanding Geography Teacher to join a BSO and KHDA-rated ‘Outstanding’ international school. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons in (I)GCSE and A Level Geography, fostering student curiosity, and promoting critical thinking about global issues and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons that build secure disciplinary knowledge and analytical skills.
• Support students in making meaningful connections across physical and human geography.
• Develop students’ cartographic, fieldwork, and extended-writing skills.
• Encourage critical thinking about sustainability, climate, and global development.
• Promote a deep understanding of place, space, and environment through real-world contexts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• High Quality Degree in Geography or related fields (MOFA Attested)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (MOFA Attested)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the National Curriculum for England in the UK or UAE
• Ability to teach (I)GCSE and A Level Geography
• A commitment to the wellbeing of all students
• A willingness to make a broader contribution to school life

• Experience with GCSE and A Level teaching
