The Opportunity:

As Head of Admissions (UK), you will lead the recruitment process for students across the UK, ensuring a seamless and impactful admissions journey. This role is central to shaping the future of the school by attracting and supporting families who share its values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the UK admissions pipeline from initial enquiry to student induction.
  • Design and deliver high-impact recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools and domestic agents.
  • Oversee and line-manage a small UK admissions team.
  • Deliver a personal and tailored admissions experience for families.
  • Analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Admissions to align initiatives with school goals.
  • Ensure compliance with admissions policies and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in education admissions or marketing, ideally within a school or similar institution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting students and managing admissions processes.
  • Knowledge of UK education systems and admissions practices.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Background in working within a boarding school or independent education setting.
  • Experience with international recruitment or student journey mapping.
