Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support learners in setting and achieving personal and academic goals
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to provide tailored support and encouragement
  • Foster a culture of self-discovery and personal development
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to enhance the learning experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
  • Monitor and track learner progress using appropriate tools and systems
  • Provide feedback and support to help learners build confidence and independence
  • Stay up to date with educational trends and best practices in student support

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A University Degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to high standards of achievement
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Moodle platforms

Preferred

  • Experience in education or youth development
  • Background in mentoring or coaching
  • Experience with innovative teaching methods
  • Familiarity with personal development and life skills programs
