Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in an international school setting (e.g., Head of Department or Coordinator).
• Deep knowledge of Cambridge IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme.
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE/QTS).

Preferred

• Master’s degree in English Literature, Linguistics, or Education.
