Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize library materials to ensure they are accessible and well-maintained.
• Assist students and staff in locating and using library resources effectively.

• Create and maintain an inviting and welcoming space for learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with teachers and students to support curriculum-related research and learning activities.
• Stay up to date with library trends and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide guidance and support to students of all ages in developing a love for reading.
• Participate in school events and initiatives that promote learning and community engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with library management systems
• Enthusiasm for books, learning, and student engagement
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting
• Knowledge of library practices and procedures
• Experience with literacy programs or reading initiatives
