Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor Geography staff to enhance their professional development and teaching effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing targeted support to ensure academic success.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-curricular learning and student engagement.
  • Represent the Geography Department at school-level meetings and events.
  • Ensure the safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Geography education and incorporate innovative teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in teaching Geography across key stages.
