The Opportunity:
As the Head of International Admissions, you will lead a strategic, data-driven approach to international pupil recruitment across multiple school divisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape global outreach and represent the school’s values on an international stage, making a significant impact on student recruitment and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage international recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with school objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global agents, partners, and prospective families.
- Identify and develop new international markets to expand the school’s global footprint.
- Deliver a seamless recruitment journey from initial inquiry through to successful enrolment.
- Represent the school at international events and conferences.
- Use data and insights to forecast pupil numbers and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape admissions strategy and policy.
- Act as an ambassador for the International College, promoting its unique offerings globally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in international student recruitment and admissions management.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage global outreach initiatives.
- Experience in using data and analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Confidence to operate independently in a global context.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a team within an educational institution.
- Familiarity with UK boarding school admissions processes.
- Knowledge of international education trends and market dynamics.
- Experience in event management and representing an institution at international conferences.
