Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage international recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with school objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global agents, partners, and prospective families.

• Deliver a seamless recruitment journey from initial inquiry through to successful enrolment.
• Represent the school at international events and conferences.
• Use data and insights to forecast pupil numbers and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape admissions strategy and policy.
• Act as an ambassador for the International College, promoting its unique offerings globally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in international student recruitment and admissions management.
