Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Heads of Departments to ensure academic excellence across the faculty.
• Develop and implement strategies for curriculum development and assessment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the faculty.
• Represent the faculty in senior leadership meetings and across the school.
• Ensure all pupils receive a high-quality education with a focus on student well-being.
• Collaborate with other faculty leaders to drive whole-school improvement initiatives.
• Promote innovation and best practices in teaching and learning.
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance to ensure consistent improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Extensive experience in teaching A-Level Maths and Further Maths.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Commitment to academic excellence and student outcomes.

Preferred

• Experience in senior leadership or management roles.
• Background in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
• Experience in a school with a strong academic reputation.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies.
