Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Physics department to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in leading a department within a school or educational institution.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics and a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
