Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in leading a department within a school or educational institution.
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics and a relevant teaching qualification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
