The Opportunity:

The Head of Projects will play a key role in supporting the Director of Domestic and International Partnerships in pursuing and managing international school projects. This role is essential in ensuring that all developments align with the school's brand and values, while delivering successful outcomes for investors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the development of multiple international school projects from conception through to implementation.
  • Ensure all developments are aligned with the school's brand, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with investors, project partners, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Provide expert project management support, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and educational standards.
  • Support the school's growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new international opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Current, relevant professional qualifications in project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international project management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Sensitivity to the aims and values of an independent educational institution.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing large-scale international school developments.
  • Understanding of the UK and international education systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Knowledge of educational partnerships and investor relations.
