Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the Middle and High School faculty and staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and student well-being.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB, IB DP, and IGCSE curriculum.
  • Review, educate, and ensure implementation of all school policies, specifically those related to safeguarding and parent-student handbooks.
  • Lead professional development opportunities to enhance teachers' skills and knowledge of the IB and IGCSE curriculum.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with parents, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Engage with the local and international community to enhance the school's reputation and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Significant senior leadership experience in a middle and/or high school setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB), IB Diploma Programme (DP), and IGCSE curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with student safeguarding and welfare initiatives.
  • Experience in leading professional development and staff training.
  • Experience in managing large-scale academic and operational projects.
  • Experience in community engagement and parent-school partnerships.
