The Opportunity:

As a History Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of ambitious students in Dubai. You will deliver a curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum for England and Pearson IGCSE and A Level, inspiring students to become independent and successful lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality History lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and A Level.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, curiosity, and a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Support the pastoral care and well-being of students within your class.
• Stay up to date with current events and historical developments to enhance the relevance of the curriculum.
• Use technology effectively to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree in History or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching History at a secondary level.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient ICT skills with the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
• Commitment to student well-being and pastoral care.

Preferred

• Experience working overseas or with international students.
