Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in History or a related subject.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and behaviour management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Experience with curriculum innovation or extracurricular leadership.
  • Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and student support strategies.
  • Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
