The Opportunity:
As an International Admissions Manager, you will play a key role in managing visa processes, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations, and supporting international families throughout their admissions journey. This position is essential to the school's global outreach and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of UKVI visa sponsorship and compliance as the Level 1 User.
- Guide international families through visa processes, including documentation checks and issuing CAS statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on visas, passports, attendance, and study changes.
- Ensure timely reporting on the UKVI Sponsor Management System and support audits and inspections.
- Identify and advise on immigration status for non-UK nationals and monitor policy changes.
- Support the Director of Admissions in maintaining relationships with international agents.
- Assist with planning and scheduling international travel for the admissions team.
- Contribute to the organisation of Open Days and other admissions events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases independently.
- Confident in ensuring compliance standards are consistently met.
- Methodical and thorough with strong record-keeping abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive data.
Preferred
- Experience with UKVI processes and visa management.
- Previous experience in international admissions or student services.
- Familiarity with immigration policies and procedures.
- Experience with managing compliance reporting systems.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
