The Opportunity:

As an International Admissions Officer, you will be instrumental in attracting and supporting students from around the world. This role involves managing the full admissions process, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations, and providing a high-quality, personalised experience for families and international agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate international student applications and assessments.
  • Support and maintain strong relationships with international agents and families.
  • Ensure all admissions processes comply with UKVI and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide a personalised and professional experience throughout the admissions journey.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Admissions (International) and the Director of Marketing and Admissions.
  • Assist with the induction and enrolment of new international students.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of admissions strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in admissions, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of UKVI compliance and international admissions processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in international education or student recruitment.
  • Familiarity with the UK education system and boarding school environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience with CRM or admissions software.
