Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with international curriculum standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a range of learning activities that support individual student needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child’s progress and development.
  • Use technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Support and contribute to after-school activities and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified early childhood educator with relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of early years curriculum and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

  • Experience with the American Common Core Standards or similar curricula.
  • Familiarity with bilingual or multicultural educational environments.
  • Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
