The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a stimulating and caring learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Plan and deliver weekly guided activities that challenge and inspire Kindergarten pupils.
• Provide regular and accurate reports on children’s progress through online learning journals and parent meetings.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development.
• Monitor and assess children’s learning and development, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Promote positive behaviour and self-control, reinforcing self-esteem and independence.
• Support the school’s mission by fostering creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning skills in young children.
• Comply with all safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the welfare of all children in your care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in early years education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Commitment to child welfare and safeguarding.
• Experience in using digital technology in the classroom, with willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred

• Experience with iPad 1-to-1 learning environments.
• Background in innovative teaching methods and classroom management strategies.
• Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Experience in creating and maintaining online learning journals or digital records.
