The Opportunity:

We are seeking passionate UK trained teachers to join our growing school for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role offers structured coaching and mentoring, with the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in KS1 and KS2 following the English National Curriculum.
• Collaborate with year group teams and subject leads in English, Maths, and Science.
• Support student learning through differentiated instruction and effective classroom management.
• Utilize digital tools such as Power Math, Read Write Ink, and Microsoft Teams for interactive and engaging lessons.
• Track student progress through ongoing formative assessments and provide regular feedback.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the SEND Department to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Promote a positive classroom culture focused on student safety, happiness, and academic achievement.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Fully qualified Primary Teacher with a UK teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or BA honors in Primary Education).
• Experience working with children in a UK-based or international school setting.
• Commitment to student well-being and academic excellence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with High Performance Learning (HPL) methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL).
• Willingness to participate in school-wide enrichment programs and extracurricular activities.
