Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and deliver high-quality lessons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering to a range of students
- Develop and maintain up-to-date curriculum content aligned with T-level and vocational standards
- Collaborate with STEM faculty and enrichment staff to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences
- Support students in achieving their full potential through individualized tutorials and pastoral care
- Work effectively as part of a team to enhance the overall learning experience
- Stay current with industry developments and incorporate real-world applications into teaching
- Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities
- Contribute to the wider college community through involvement in enrichment activities and events
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Experience in teaching or a desire to transition from the Engineering industry into teaching
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality learning and student support
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
- Experience with T-level qualifications or vocational education
- Background in curriculum development
- Experience with modern teaching technologies and learning platforms
- Previous experience in a college or sixth form setting
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students
Compensation & Benefits:
