The Opportunity:

As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s marketing and communications strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across print, digital, events, and communications
• Manage timelines, task lists, and content workflows to ensure projects stay on track
• Support communications with pupils, parents, staff, alumnae, and supporters
• Deliver event communications and engagement activity
• Track activity, report on performance, and support continuous improvement
• Provide organisational and administrative support to senior marketing leadership
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with school priorities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in marketing, communications, or campaign coordination
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident in communicating with colleagues at all levels

Preferred

• Experience in education or a values-led organisation
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
