The Opportunity:
As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s marketing and communications strategy. This includes managing campaigns, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring the team operates efficiently throughout the year. Your work will help shape the school’s external presence and support its mission of inspiring young women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across print, digital, events, and communications
- Manage timelines, task lists, and content workflows to ensure projects stay on track
- Support communications with pupils, parents, staff, alumnae, and supporters
- Deliver event communications and engagement activity
- Track activity, report on performance, and support continuous improvement
- Provide organisational and administrative support to senior marketing leadership
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with school priorities
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in marketing, communications, or campaign coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident in communicating with colleagues at all levels
Preferred
- Experience in education or a values-led organisation
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Understanding of school operations and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in content creation and campaign management
