The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics up to A Level, including Further Mathematics where applicable.
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote student achievement and personal development.
- Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school and support student well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and planning.
- Support students through pastoral duties, including form tutoring and report writing.
- Mark student work and set appropriate tasks in case of absence.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant degree and qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
- A strong commitment to student development and a passion for the subject.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience teaching A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with pastoral care and form tutoring.
- Familiarity with co-curricular activities and student engagement.
