The Opportunity:
As a Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and personal development of students. You will deliver high-quality mathematics education up to A Level, while contributing to a vibrant and collaborative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to students at all levels, including A Level and Further Mathematics.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to departmental activities, including marking and report writing.
- Participate in the co-curricular life of the school and support student development beyond the classroom.
- Act as a Form Tutor, providing pastoral care and guidance to a group of students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A strong passion for Mathematics and excellent subject knowledge.
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Mathematics up to A Level.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to the co-curricular and pastoral aspects of the school.
Preferred
- Experience teaching A Level Further Mathematics.
- Demonstrated success in inspiring and engaging students.
- Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
