The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Support the social, emotional, and language development of young learners through individualized care and interaction
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about student progress
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience
• Implement child-centered teaching strategies that promote curiosity, creativity, and confidence
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
• Stay up to date with early years education research and best practices to continuously improve classroom delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Teaching qualification or early childhood certification
• Experience working with children aged 2-5
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach to working with young children

Preferred

• Experience in early years education or the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Familiarity with play-based learning and child-centered teaching methods
• Experience with bilingual or international education settings
