The Opportunity:

A Part-Time Russian Teacher is sought to deliver high-quality instruction in Russian Language A: Literature and Russian Language B at the IB level. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth within a forward-thinking educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Russian Language A: Literature and Russian Language B to students across a range of year groups.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
• Support students in developing language proficiency and cultural understanding.
• Provide one-on-one instruction to students in person.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Contribute to the development of the school’s Russian language curriculum.
• Participate in school events and activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• First-language speaker of Russian with a strong command of the language.
• Qualified and experienced teacher of Russian as a first language and a foreign language.
• Ability to teach across a range of year groups, including IB students.
• Commitment to student well-being and a positive learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering the IB Diploma Programme.
• Willingness and ability to take on a residential boarding position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and international setting.
