The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate Psychology Teacher to join our Senior School and inspire Grades 11 and 12 students. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young minds while contributing to a forward-thinking, student-centered educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Psychology to students in Grades 11 and 12 with a focus on academic excellence and student engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme and the school’s educational philosophy.
  • Support student well-being and personal development through pastoral care and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary and innovative teaching approaches.
  • Contribute to the school’s mission of fostering global citizens through intercultural understanding and leadership opportunities.
  • Assist in the supervision and support of boarding students when required.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that promote student engagement and community spirit.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Psychology education.
  • Proven ability to teach in a senior school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student well-being and holistic education.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme.
  • Ability to teach additional subjects.
  • Experience working in a boarding school environment.
  • Multilingual skills (particularly English and French).
