Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive Psychology lessons to Grades 11 and 12 students in an online setting.
  • Design and develop curriculum content aligned with the IB Diploma Programme.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience.
  • Provide regular feedback and assessments to support student progress and development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Psychology education and teaching methodologies.
  • Support student well-being and promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
  • Participate in school-wide events and initiatives that align with the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Psychology education.
  • Proven ability to teach Psychology to Grades 11 and 12 students.
  • Experience in online teaching and engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student well-being and inclusive education.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme.
  • Familiarity with international curricula and multilingual environments.
