A Payroll and Finance Officer is needed to manage and deliver accurate, compliant, and confidential payroll services for staff. This role is essential in ensuring all payroll processes, statutory reporting, and pension administration are completed on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver an accurate, compliant, and confidential end-to-end payroll service for all staff.
  • Ensure all statutory reporting, pension administration, and payroll processes are completed correctly and on time.
  • Provide support with payroll-related financial information and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Support the school's commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in payroll and finance administration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory reporting, and pension administration.
